Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Hospitality, or related field
- •CFA/CAIA path is a plus, with strong preference for candidates already enrolled
- •Strong interest in institutional asset management, investments, and capital markets
- •Proven analytical rigor and ability to synthesize complex investment information clearly
- •Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint in a professional investment context
- •Familiarity with CRM tools or financial platforms is a plus
- •Highly detail-oriented, structured, and reliable
- •Strong execution mindset, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work efficiently
- •Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- •Fluent written and spoken French and English; Swiss German / German is a strong plus

- •Prepare portfolio analytics and performance reports
- •Create investment presentations for institutional clients
- •Contribute to business development initiatives
- •Identify prospects and conduct institutional mapping
- •Prepare pitchbooks and follow up on commercial opportunities
- •Support client interactions and pre-meeting preparations
- •Structure meeting agendas and summarize discussions
- •Draft follow-up communications after meetings
- •Maintain accurate CRM data for prospects and client interactions
- •Track commercial pipelines effectively
- •Execute KYC and onboarding processes for clients
- •Ensure compliance with internal requirements
- •Develop a strong understanding of investment offerings
- •Translate investment strategies into clear materials
- •Become proficient in internal tools and processes
- •Produce high-quality client and investment materials
- •Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail
- •Take ownership of recurring tasks and suggest improvements
- •Conduct prospect research to support business development
