This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in agriculture and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. **What you will get** * Insight into the activities of a global organization and an international working environment * attractive compensation package * flexible and modern work as well as development and further training opportunities * 35 hours/ week * creative freedom in the implementation of projects and good supervision * discounted lunch in the cafeteria **Your Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the European marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand and goals. * Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook). * Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Monitor social media channels for trending topics, conversations, and engagement opportunities within the agriculture community. * Assist in analyzing social media metrics and preparing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team @our Walldorf office **What skills you need:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in social media marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. * Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) and basic knowledge of social media management tools. * Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. * Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
