•Completed or ongoing studies in business administration or related field
•Experience in quality management
•General understanding of finance
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
•Basic understanding of Power BI and SAP/ERP systems
•Independent, solution-oriented working style
•Technical mindset
•Excellent command of English

•Support reimbursement projects focused on financial analysis
•Document reimbursement processes and related activities
•Track and evaluate reimbursement and refund values
•Prepare performance reports and coordinate review meetings
•Co-develop KPI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators
•Collaborate on establishing a supplier quality system
•Work cross-functionally with various departments
•Assist in SAP implementation projects
•Support Claim-on-Supplier implementation for data accuracy
