## Job Description
**ORGANIZATION**
A core task is to support the production department in the preparation of documents and to cover the coordination of production and post-production planning and execution. Furthermore, you’ll set up, organise, and take minutes for internal and external meetings, and send weekly mailings.
Another central responsibility is the filing and calendar management, collecting information and supporting materials to maintain them into our tracking system.
Organizational skills are required as a key competence.
**PARTNER MANAGEMENT**
Manage Production Partners to ensure all minimum RBS requirements are met, including technical and legal requirements. Work with RBS Production Management team to track all costs, organize legal documents and deliverables, and align with all partners to ensure goals are met domestically and globally.
Provide additional production support to RBS team members.
**SOCIAL MEDIA**
We aim to grow our Social Media channels, increasing our reach and community engagement. To achieve this, we are looking for a creative and dedicated individual to support us with the following tasks:
* Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages and encourage meaningful discussions.
* Content Creation: Create captivating content (photos, videos, graphics) that reflects our diverse topics, ranging from nature to science.
* Content Planning: Assist in planning and managing content calendars to ensure strategic and timely posts.
* Social Media Execution: Plan, publish, and optimize social media posts to boost reach and grow subscriber numbers.
* Video Collaboration: Work closely with our Video Producer to develop unique and engaging video content.
* Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to enhance the visibility of our content.
## Qualifications
Demonstrated interest, and/or education, and/or experience in the development, production or distribution of motion pictures
A related post-secondary degree is considered an asset
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, additional languages are a plus
Clear and effective communication
Organized and adaptable in both digital and physical workspaces, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with writing, calculations, presentations, and software tools (industry-specific experience is a plus)
Quick to learn and eager to take on new or complex challenges
Willingness to travel as needed
