As part of our dynamic R&D team within the Technology & Innovation organization, you’ll play a key role in developing cutting-edge solutions—from initial concept to commercialization. In this position, your focus will be on digitalization-driven research supporting breakthrough technologies such as recycling and carbon capture. **Your main tasks and responsibilities:**
* Support data-driven technology development for chemical and process engineering projects.
* Contribute to the design of experiments to enable targeted and efficient data collection.
* Gather, structure, and manage experimental data from lab and pilot-scale units.
* Analyze experimental data to identify trends, optimize process performance, and determine critical process parameters.
* Help improve experimental design methodologies based on insights from data analysis.
* Assist in the implementation of new analytical technologies informed by your findings.
* Contribute to ongoing digitalization efforts by integrating data science techniques into experimental workflows.
**To succeed in this role, you will need:**
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
* Solid understanding of reaction and separation processes.
* Strong background in data science, including experience in visualizing and evaluating experimental data.
* Proficient programming skills, preferably in Python.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Strong ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks independently.
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute original ideas.
