Anforderungen

•Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate, or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master degree)
•Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
•Previous internships or part-time jobs in related fields
•Familiarity with business process management and process improvement methodologies
•Basic knowledge or exposure to process documentation (ARIS), mining (Celonis), and automation tools
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational skills and willingness to quickly learn new tools and methodologies
