# Internship - Predevelopment of AI projects based on multi-modal LLMs (m/f/d) ## YOUR TEAM To support our AI predevelopment team, we are currently looking for an Intern, also with the prospect of writing your Master's thesis with us. In your role, you will gain first-hand experience in AI and will be an integral part of the team to drive the topic forward in a solution-oriented manner. We are a group of 6 AI developers for Interior, Infotainment and Digital Experience. We develop customer products and functions in-house, using cutting edge technology. This is where we need your support! ## WHAT YOU WILL DO * Support project teams with implementing LLM-based use cases * Create test data for LLM-based use cases * Work on AI pipelines on Azure * Creative tasks in the technical environment ## WHO YOU ARE * Enrolled student in the field of AI (please specify the expected date of your graduation or end of enrollment) * Skilled in software development with Python * Familiar with working with LLMs * Experienced with working with APIs * Fluent in English and German language skills are a plus * Independent working style and open-mindedness ## NICE TO KNOW • Remote work options within Germany • Duration: 3 to 6 months • 35-hour weeks At CARIAD, we embrace individuality and diversity because we believe our differences make us stronger.
