Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or equivalent
•Availability for minimum 3 months internship
•Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel or Google Workspace
•Strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and presentation of complex issues
•Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
•Concise verbal and written communication skills in English; German language advantageous

•Support day-to-day operational risk management
•Ensure risk and incident reporting
•Conduct quality reviews and challenge findings
•Monitor implementation of mitigating actions
•Reconcile incidents
•Identify control gaps during control testing
•Assist the 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions
•Monitor and improve Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
•Support the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process
•Create reports for senior management and managing directors
•Contribute to ad-hoc project topics as required
