# Internship - Market & Technology Intelligence (m/f/d) Job ID: 12970 Company: CARIAD SE Location: Ingolstadt, DE, 85053 Nürnberg, DE, 90411 Berlin, DE, 10178 Wolfsburg, DE, 38440 Mönsheim, DE, 71297 München, DE, 80807 Department: Apprenticeship & Study Career Level: Students Working Model: Full-time Contract Type: Fixed-term Remote Working: By agreement Posting Date: May 16, 2025 ## YOUR TEAM To support our Market Intelligence team as part of the Product Strategy department we are currently looking for an intern in the area of market and technology intelligence. In your role you get first-hand experience in continuously identifying and evaluating market and technology developments and their impact on the CARIAD technology stack as well as the overall product and technology strategy and will be an integral part of the team that works on These insights are then applied among others to define the strategy and portfolio, which is being managed by the overall product strategy department. We are a team of curious people with a strong analytical and future mindset – embedded into a worldwide network of the VW Group. ## WHAT YOU WILL DO * Identify and analyze key and emerging technologies, market developments and upcoming features within the competition or across other industries with the help of our tools, digital platform and input from experts and partners * Research and evaluate key market and technologic developments, scout leading industry events and prepare management briefings to support strategic decision making * Strengthen and enhance our market and technology intelligence and its corresponding processes * Explore, test and implement the possibilities of artificial intelligence to improve our intelligence activities * Derive potential implications by screening and scouting in the tech industry and market activities for the strategy, innovation and the technology stack of CARIAD * Continuously manage and improve our digital intelligence, product and technology strategy platform * Collaborate with other departments on intelligence projects by presenting the results into the organization ## WHO YOU ARE * Enrolled student in a technical or business degree (ideally master's program) with a focus on Technology Management, Digitalization, Business Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, Innovation or similar field * Familiarity with market intelligence, strategy development, technology scouting, competitor analysis or similar fields * First experiences in utilization or adoption of AI tools and platforms would be preferred * Internship or working student experience in the tech, software, consulting or automotive industry would be an advantage * Strong communication skills in English and German * Well-structured, independent work * Proactive mindset, curiosity for technology and innovative topics ## NICE TO KNOW * Remote work options within Germany * Duration: 5 - 6 months * 35 h/week
