Join Roche, where every voice matters. ### The Position **Full-time or Part-Time Student Internship in the Inclusion & Belonging Office - Focus Germany  (starting August 2025, for 6–12 months)** An internship in the Inclusion and Belonging Office offers you the opportunity to apply your communications knowledge, project management skills and obtain insights into the field of Inclusion & Belonging. We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills and an understanding of social dynamics in an ever-changing world. **During your internship:** * Your focus will be on enabling our Inclusion & Belonging strategy locally in Germany * You will be contributing to or managing projects within the Inclusion & Belonging Office * You will be supporting the coordination and administration of projects, through research, writing, and designing messages and materials * You will have the opportunity to work as a member of a global team and work independently * You will gather, analyze and review data, identify trends and come up with action plans to drive behaviors * You will design and develop presentations, communication materials and websites **Who you are:** You’re someone who wants to influence your own development and use your creativity.
