Department Description
As a part of our Group Remuneration and Reporting team, you would support in setting up Skills based HR processes. Your Tasks
-
You work on projects and will be able to take responsibility for individual topics (e.g. skill ontology) and support with data collection, preparation, and ideally seek for improvements and automation possibilities

Support administrative tasks, manage the filing system, and ensure attention to detail

Serve as a hub within the HR team, liaising with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Remuneration, etc.)

Organize and prepare meetings, workshops, and events; create presentations and meeting designs
Your Background
-
Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics or HR
-
Experience with MS Office 365; additional IT tools are an advantage
-
You enjoy working in a team with open, proactive communication, confidently handles highly sensitive data, and quickly understands complex relationships

Proficiency in written and verbal communication in German and English
