## How can you make an impact?
* Active and independent involvement in HR topics with a focus on talent management
* Exciting insights into both strategic and operational HR topics
* Participation in the development of concepts as well as the creation of presentations and Excel documents
* Support in organizing and further developing our talent programs
* Organization of Development Centers, including logistics (hotel, room, catering, etc.)
* Support in process optimization and workflow improvements
* Assistance in the planning and implementation of development measures such as coaching, 360° feedback, and Personal Development Plan
* Maintenance and updating of talent criteria in the databases
* Support in the optimization of guidelines

**Minimum Qualifications**
* Enthusiasm for People & Culture topics and project work
* Curiosity and openness toward HR, particularly in the area of talent management
* Initial theoretical and ideally practical experience in HR and talent management
* Analytical, structured, and proactive working style
* Confident and self-reliant demeanour
* Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, along with a strong sense of language
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
* Responsible and discreet handling of information
