Anforderungen

  • •Enrollment in Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, IT, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, SharePoint)
  • •Very good proficiency in English
  • •Proactive, reliable, and structured working methods
  • •Ability to drive own assignment/work-package
  • •Open, team-oriented, and interdisciplinary interest
  • •Open-minded and enthusiastic about working in international and intercultural business environment in renewable energy

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Support an international team in streamlining the Engineering department
  • •Suggest and implement solutions to optimize workflows and processes
  • •Assist with project coordination and documentation
  • •Maintain and design the department-specific SharePoint site
  • •Update and organize content to improve site functionalities
  • •Support stakeholders in optimizing departmental efficiency through data-driven budgeting and planning
  • •Structure, update, and analyze Engineering department-specific data using advanced Excel features
  • •Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, ensuring content accuracy and formatting consistency
  • •Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovation
