Anforderungen
- •Enrollment in Bachelor’s (4th semester or higher) or Master’s program in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- •Previous experience in HR, consulting, or organizational development (advantageous)
- •Strong interest in organizational cultural change, change and transformation projects, or development of new skills based on insights and data
- •Proactive, self-starter mentality with independent task management and initiative
- •Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

- •Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
