**Rotkreuz** | **Full time**
### The Position

Our campus invites people to work together, be creative and realise their full potential. We believe that a positive work environment, employee satisfaction, inclusion and sustainability are key to growing together and improving the lives of patients around the world. Welcome to Roche in Rotkreuz.
Embark on a transformative learning experience with Roche Diagnostics through our Aligned Internship Program in Rotkreuz. Designed to nurture emerging talent, this program offers a dynamic and immersive opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of diagnostics, fostering personal and professional growth.
### *The Opportunity*
You will be joining the Roche Healthcare Consulting team within the Global Marketing & Customer Insights organisation.
We are an agile, multi-disciplined team of consultants working at the centre of the business focused on driving healthcare transformation at scale. We design and deliver high profile projects with internal partners, including product lifecycle managers, sales and consulting leaders within Roche affiliates, and external partners, including clinical and laboratory leaders in health systems worldwide. These projects range from supporting the global adoption and implementation of new clinical pathways, delivering strategic insights to health care providers to understand how to improve the productivity and quality of care for patients, and providing economic evidence which help Roche and our customers understand the value and impact of innovations.
### *Who You are*
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s and Master’s studies (within 12 months prior to the start date) at a university, preferably in the field of Economics, Health Economics, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or Operational Research and are interested in applying your knowledge in a competitive, results-oriented environment as part of an internship.
### *Furthermore, You are:*
* Analytical, detail oriented, and able to translate logic into mathematical models. You will be required to think critically about problems, dissect them into component parts, and translate this into quantitative and economic models. The ability to link your understanding to a tractable model will be critical to developing robust analysis.
* A curious and enthusiastic learner. You will work on projects which involve exciting innovations across healthcare. As each challenge will be different, a curiosity to understand the impacts that these innovations have across all internal and external stakeholders is a must. The ability to take the initiative and leverage your networks will help set you up for success.
* A self-starter, keen to get stuck into the work and develop yourself as an economist skilled in unlocking value and driving change in a commercial, matrixed organisation. You will develop both soft and hard skills throughout the internship, and will be supported to do this by the team and organisation, who will help to ensure that you have access to the right tools for the right job. We also welcome new ideas around new ways of working and will encourage you to bring suggestions on how we can improve how we deliver on our mission of “doing now what patients need next”.
* A great communicator. You will be empowered and supported to lead the development of analysis with a huge variety of stakeholders globally, who will look towards you as an expert in Economics. Communicating your perspectives and work will be at least as important as the technical solutions you create. A second language, beyond English, is ideal*.*
### *Your complete application includes the following documents:*
* A current CV and a Motivation Letter, where you indicate your preferred start date of the internship
* Due to regulations, non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents, and must be continuously enrolled in their university program for the whole duration of this internship.
### *Technical details:*
* The preferred start date for the internship is September 2025 for a duration of at least 6 months.
* Part-time employment is not possible
* Location: Rotkreuz (Hybrid model, with 2–3 days of onsite attendance per week)
* It is possible to write a thesis during the internship
* The Roche Healthcare Consulting team aims to hire two individuals to serve in this capacity
**Roche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**
