### The Position
The Ophthalmology Precision Medicine team aims to improve patients' vision through personalized treatment guided by biomarkers. Experienced scientists and clinicians use AI to analyze imaging data to find novel biomarkers that correlate with treatment responses and outcomes. This approach can help predict disease progression, determine the most effective drug for each patient, and optimize treatment duration, ultimately improving patient outcomes. Join this internship to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of clinical imaging scientists and data scientists to pioneer new imaging biomarkers, and work alongside drug development teams to leverage existing imaging biomarker tools.
### The opportunity
* You will be hands-on supporting an annotation campaign for the development and validation of deep learning-based image segmentation algorithms for biomarker research
* You will have the opportunity to attend team meetings to understand the impact of imaging biomarker research on drug development
### Who you are
