- •Coordinate with contributors to align teams on content and deadlines
- •Assist with content sourcing, ideation, and basic drafting or editing
- •Gather input and manage edits from content owners
- •Prepare content for internal approval workflows
- •Support non-promotional content processes and manage speaker waivers
- •Assist with content migration into new templates during updates
- •Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across published pages
- •Collaborate with marketing managers, content owners, and designers
- •Prepare summaries and updates for weekly team meetings
- •Provide administrative support for cross-functional projects
- •Assist with newsletters, affiliate calendars, and social media posts
- •Track and organize requests from shared mailboxes or ad-hoc channels
