Internship Customer Support Center - Medical Laboratory Diagnostics(m/w/x)

In this internship, you will be immersed in the dynamic world of medical diagnostics, supporting a team that bridges technology and healthcare. Your role will involve coordinating service projects, assisting with training, and contributing to knowledge management, all while gaining valuable insights into customer support operations across Europe.

Anforderungen

• •Enrollment in a Master's program in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, medicine, or comparable program
• •Experience in project management
• •Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, or similar tools
• •Keen interest in new ideas and questioning conventional thought patterns
• •Analytical approach, high degree of independence, and coordination skills
• •Enjoyment of teamwork, especially in an international context
• •Good written and spoken English skills; ideally German (at least B2)
