- •Participate in cross-functional meetings and develop consumer-relevant questions
- •Align answers with stakeholders including Marketing, R&D, and Legal
- •Contribute to implementing master information assets into a knowledge base
- •Establish and maintain a glossary and develop training materials
- •Translate Q&As and text blocks for common consumer complaints
- •Steer data entry harmonization and categorize consumer feedback on the CRM platform
- •Gain an overview of consumer service and EU Marketing with various stakeholders
