Anforderungen
- •Student in business, marketing, media, communication, or related studies
- •First experiences or strong interest in marketing, brand management, or digital communication
- •Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus
- •Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- •Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- •Creative, proactive, and open-minded personality with a passion for beauty, haircare, and FMCG brands
- •Awareness of social and digital trends, especially within the beauty and hair industry
- •Team player able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
- •Availability for 6 months, starting as of February

Deine Aufgaben
- •Participate in the product innovation process from concept to execution
- •Manage specific innovation projects and conduct strategic market analysis
- •Monitor competitor activities and consumer trends
- •Create consumer and competitor profiles and support market share reporting
- •Develop concept ideas and briefs for new product designs
- •Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies
- •Support the roll-out and implementation of social media and digital marketing campaigns
- •Plan and implement social media content and campaigns with agencies and partners
- •Collaborate on content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- •Monitor social, beauty, and lifestyle trends for engaging content
- •Assist in planning and briefing digital content for eCommerce and website channels
- •Handle daily operational and administrative tasks for cross-team collaboration
