## Job Description
**CROSS-MARKET DATA ANALYSIS & INSIGHTS GENERATION**
In this role, you'll analyze loyalty card data to uncover shopping patterns, customer preferences, and trends, generating actionable insights to inform international and local strategies. You’ll lead data mining efforts with retailers, explore opportunities for personalization and targeted offerings, and translate findings into shopper-led recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
**STORYTELLING & "SO WHAT?" FOR THE BUSINESS**
You’ll transform data and insights into compelling selling stories that tackle key business opportunities, supporting priorities like portfolio optimization, pricing and promotion strategies, perfect store execution across channels, loyalty program engagement, and profitable use of retail media.
**EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION**
You'll act as a subject matter expert on shopper and consumer trends, especially Loyalty Card Data, delivering impactful presentations and upskilling across all organizational levels. You'll be working cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and global market teams and will foster knowledge sharing and translate shopper insights into compelling, business-driven materials that align both internal and retailer interests.
**EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER & INTERNAL TOOLS MANAGEMENT**
You’ll build strong relationships with data suppliers, guide markets on service and contract negotiations, and drive the global use of loyalty card data by ensuring high-quality data management, efficient processes, and integration into decision-making.
## Qualifications
Fluent in English
3+ years of experience working with Retailer Loyalty Card Data
Highly analytical with a strong ability to work with large data sets with a proven track record in turning data into insight and drive insights into action
Excellent Excel analysis and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau are a plus)
Strong design skills (PPTX is a must)
Attention to detail, process driven and structured
Excellent communication skills, experienced presenter with the ability to conceptualize and simplify complex ideas with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong project management as well as innovative, solution-oriented mindset
Inquisitive, passionate, self-motivated and results driven
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
## Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
