**International Project Manager**
*In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing strategic, multi-regional projects and contributing to the development and governance of our project delivery model. You’ll collaborate closely with our International Sales Organization, local project teams, and partner networks to ensure consistent delivery standards across all regions.*

* **Project Management:** Act as a project manager on international, multi-regional strategic projects.
* **Project Portfolio Governance:** Oversee and prioritize a unified project portfolio across countries. Actively work with ISO in all presales/sales stages. Participate and coordinate project intake, selection, and approvals.
* **Standardization:** Define a common project lifecycle (phases, gates, governance checkpoints). Ensure consistency across regions using templates, tools, and practices. Facilitate reusable project models (e.g., rollout templates).
* **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate delivery risks related to geography, compliance, and resourcing. Establish escalation protocols and contingency planning. Monitor geopolitical or logistical issues affecting delivery.
* **Delivery Methodology:** Own the end-to-end delivery methodology (Agile, Hybrid, Sure Step, etc.). Integrate with tools and governance (Azure DevOps, PM tools). Collaborate with CoE to evolve methodology.
* **Quality Assurance:** Follow standards for quality checks, documentation, and sign-offs. Conduct periodic audits or health checks. Ensure compliance with GDPR, industry standards, and internal policies.
* **PMO Services:** Support reporting, time tracking, financial control, and stakeholder management.
* **Onboarding Support:** Follow the project initiation process.
* **Stakeholder Communication:** Collaborate in project review boards. Be in alignment between sales, delivery, and executive leadership.
