- •5+ years of experience in marketing
- •Proven international experience across multiple markets and cultures
- •Strong project management and coordination skills
- •Marketing expertise in brand & campaign management, media planning, and 360° campaigns
- •Solid understanding of omni-channel business & marketing
- •Ability to assess and challenge marketing plans and tactics
- •Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
- •Hands-on, structured, proactive, with strong ownership
- •Fluency in English (C1); additional European languages a plus

- •Develop and oversee local marketing plans with HQ experts, local teams, and agencies
- •Act as the main interface between HQ, local market stakeholders, and external partners
- •Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns for local markets
- •Ensure consistent execution of the yfood marketing mix and brand strategy
- •Guide local teams on localization efforts
- •Coordinate the creation of localized campaigns and brand assets with the creative team
- •Manage approval processes for localized campaigns, including budgets and timelines
- •Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets for each market
- •Monitor campaign performance and gather insights for optimization
- •Contribute to improving international marketing processes and sharing best practices
- •Support go-to-market strategies for emerging markets
