•Background in HR or project management
•Fluency in English; fluency in French or German advantageous
•Detail-oriented, agile, organized, and good at connecting with stakeholders
•Enjoyment of challenges in a dynamic environment
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Citizen of a Member State of the European Economic Area
•Not a citizen of the host country unless holding dual citizenship
•Age between 18 and 28 years

•Assist in project management and change management initiatives
•Support soft skills programs within the Learning & Development function
•Coordinate scheduling and vendor communication for leadership programs
•Manage participant communication for behavioral skills programs
•Conduct reporting and data analysis for learning processes
•Oversee project timelines and resource allocation
•Engage stakeholders for all initiatives
•Deliver regular progress updates and impact reports to senior management
