# International HR PMO (V.I.E.) You will report to the Group HRBP Vice President, within the HR department, based in **Blieskastel, for a V.I.E. contract of 1 year, extendable to 2 years.** This role offers significant exposure to strategic projects and the opportunity to work with seasoned professionals. With opportunities to grow and develop your skills, this is more than just an assignment—it’s a launchpad for your international HR career. **What you will do?** * Assist in HR transformation projects, particularly Project Transformation 2025, focusing on data, reporting, and project consolidation. * Prepare and manage data elements using tools such as SAP, ensuring accurate tracking of project progress. * Collaborate and connect with internal stakeholders, including work councils, to support transformation and organizational initiatives. * Provide support to the Group HRBP Vice President in handling strategic international HR topics. **What about you?** * You have a background in HR, law, business or a related field. * You are fluent in English.
