You will report to the Group HRBP Vice President, within the HR department, based in **Blieskastel, for a V.I.E. contract of 1 year, extendable to 2 years.**

**What you will do?**
* Assist in HR transformation projects, particularly Project Transformation 2025, focusing on data, reporting, and project consolidation.
* Prepare and manage data elements using tools such as SAP, ensuring accurate tracking of project progress.
* Collaborate and connect with internal stakeholders, including work councils, to support transformation and organizational initiatives.
* Provide support to the Group HRBP Vice President in handling strategic international HR topics.
