International Graduate Program (m/w/d)

URW Austria Headquarters | Full time

Location: Vienna

The International Graduate Program:

  • Is a one year fast-track management program for recent graduates and alumni

  • 12 months in 2 countries and 3 assignments within various Departments e.g. Investment, Leasing or Shopping Centre Management within Austria and various options abroad

  • You will learn business fundamentals especially within Real Estate

  • You will get the chance to build a network while gaining international work experience

Who we are looking for:

  • You hold a master’s degree from a top-ranked business school or university

  • Your analytical / financial capabilities and communication skills are highly evolved

  • You have a strong entrepreneurial personality, a curious nature and are keen to bring in your own ideas

  • You have already gained first experience in working or studying abroad and you are striving for an international career

  • You have a fluent command of business-level English and German. Every other language of the Group is a plus! (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Polish)
