**TEAM DESCRIPTION**
The Digital Workplace (DWP) team is focusing on ensuring a reliable, stable, well-performing, and modern device infrastructure. Their responsibilities include managing client and device infrastructure, hardware (computers/smartphones), and software. They aim to ensure business data availability through their services and constantly refine the end-user workspace by integrating new technologies.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
* In this exciting position, you ensure a reliable, stable, and well-performing device infrastructure. This includes managing both hardware (computers, smartphones) and software to support the business needs. Key tools are Azure, InTune and AVD.
* You ensure that business data is available and accessible through their services. This involves maintaining and securing data to support business operations.
* You constantly refine the end-user workspace by integrating new technologies. This includes updating and improving the tools and systems that employees use daily.
* You handle various projects such as the Autopilot project, which involves transitioning to Intune for software distribution and creating new software packages from scratch.
* You conduct workshops and regular meetings to discuss ongoing projects, align strategies, and onboard new team members.
* You work closely with other locations, departments IT Teams to ensure a cohesive approach to managing the digital workplace.
**WHAT YOU BRING**
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent and have gained proven experience in the M365 environment (Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, Autopilot, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop).
* You bring experience in handling and managing the operating systems Windows 11 with IoT/LTSC, iOS with MacOS incl. Apple DEP and Android incl. Android Enterprise.
* You have very good experience in the administration of Microsoft client operating systems (OnPrem and Azure) incl. GPOs/policies, Bitlocker, Applocker/Appcontrol, certificates and network/WiFi.
* You have very good knowledge in the packaging and administration of applications as well as in problem analysis and troubleshooting (1st/2nd level support experience).
* Very good experience with Powershell/Scripting, Registry and MS DOS as well as ideally experience in creating Powershell scripts to query data from Microsoft Entra (Graph API) are part of your profile.
* Your experience in working with Microsoft Active Directory (OnPrem), Azure Active Directory (Entra) and PowerBI to create reports rounds off your profile.
* You have excellent German and English skills and are willing to travel for this position.
