Anforderungen

  • •Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist)
  • •Civil Law qualified lawyer preferred
  • •At least 10 years professional experience in legal department or law firm
  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •Experience in regional role for multi-national corporation advantageous

  • •Provide general legal advice to local Country Management Teams
  • •Collaborate with global functions within the Agilent Legal group
  • •Support business units in anticipating and resolving legal issues
  • •Coordinate legal matters with outside counsel
  • •Manage legal expenses related to outside counsel
  • •Oversee local entity corporate matters
  • •Ensure legal compliance and draft necessary documents
  • •Advise on employment law and regulatory matters
  • •Provide competition law counseling and data protection advice
  • •Work with the Commercial Contracts Legal team on local law advice
  • •Participate in acquisition integration projects
  • •Maintain internal databases and improve document templates
  • •Manage legal interactions with local government agencies
  • •Assist in statutory compliance and product regulatory interpretations
  • •Manage litigation and collaborate on major legal disputes
  • •Build relationships with internal business clients as a trusted advisor
