## Job Description
**CHANNEL STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT**
In this role, you’ll develop tailored execution plans that boost consumption, brand equity, awareness, and market penetration. You’ll connect Brand Health and Sales KPIs to identify and close execution gaps, and deliver impactful Channel Playbooks designed to win against the competition. A deep understanding of Modern Trade and a shopper-centric mindset are key to success in this role.
**CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEAD**
In this role, you'll lead cross-functional discussions to drive success in Modern Trade through a channel-agnostic approach. You'll provide strategic direction to sales teams, ensuring consistent brand presence and maximizing both sales and equity. Partnering closely with Key Account teams, you'll support their commercial challenges while tailoring execution to customer and channel needs. You’ll also collaborate with POSM and Trade Activation teams to develop impactful materials, cascade strategies across stakeholders, and identify opportunities for tools and communication that elevate execution.
**CUSTOMERS & DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS MEETINGS**
You’ll lead joint business planning initiatives, deploying tailored strategies that boost Red Bull’s presence and long-term growth. By leveraging brand assets and long-term sales drivers, you’ll unlock sustainable, win-win collaborations while ensuring our brand equity is consistently protected. Crafting compelling sell-in presentations will be a key part of influencing and aligning partners with our vision.
**MARKET & REGIONS ALIGNMENT**
In this role, you’ll lead channel marketing discussions and workshops with key markets and global stakeholders. You’ll guide markets in setting strategic business objectives, implementing trade marketing plans, and supporting business planning throughout the year. By driving localized action plans and adapting global playbooks, you’ll help unlock market-specific opportunities and fuel impactful execution worldwide.
## Qualifications
University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
Excellent command of English, German is considered a plus. Other languages advantageous, but not required
+6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing and insight functions
Knowledge of Category Management, Key Account Management, Off Premise Modern Trade – Supermarket & Impulse is required
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to connect complex trends across disciplines, while keeping a clear view of the commercial big picture.
Solid experience in high-level negotiations with Global & Regional Key Accounts and a passion for building impactful business partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights across diverse cultural contexts.
Demonstrated planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Self-motivated, innovative, and solution-driven with a proactive “do-it-now” attitude, thriving under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
## Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.471 gross per month.
