## About the role: This is your opportunity to shape our **internal employer brand** and bring **Redcare’s culture to life** across teams and locations. In this role, you'll create **impactful communication formats** that **connect people** – **visually**, **emotionally**, and with a strong sense of **storytelling**. You'll be part of our **HR Development & Culture team** and collaborate with **international colleagues** to design initiatives that strengthen **engagement** and the **employee experience**. This **part-time position (20h/week)** is based **onsite in Sevenum or Cologne**, with the option of a **remote contract within Germany**.
