Anforderungen
- •Bachelor or Master’s in engineering, aviation or equivalent
- •Experience in aerospace or equivalent industrial environment
- •MRO and/or Engine know-how desired
- •Component design with CAD or Fusion 360
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Solid communication and presentation skills
- •Independent, precise and responsible work
- •Open-minded, dedicated team player
- •High safety, quality and cost awareness
- •Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SAP
- •Fluency in German and English
- •EU/Swiss passport or Swiss working permit

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement
- •Build specialized know-how for specific processes
- •Supervise external partners on site
- •Create and maintain calibration instructions
- •Develop process maps and technical templates
- •Draft work instructions and TPM dossiers
- •Manage TTE and GEM documentation
- •Maintain the SAP equipment database
- •Implement LEAN using 5S and Kanban
- •Perform root cause analysis
- •Execute simple mechanical and manufacturing tasks
- •Design and modify custom equipment
- •Promote research and development for processes
- •Reduce costs through automation and efficiency
