## Job Description **Your Mission 💡** As an intern in our Center of Excellence (CoE) for Talent & Organizational Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting or leading initiatives and events that shape SMG’s culture and empower our people. This role allows you to gain hands-on experience in the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting, learning, engagement, and performance, while contributing to building a thriving community at SMG. Join our dynamic team, located in six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India), where creativity thrives. Together, we tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and keep learning and growing. Specifically, you will work on: * Planning, organizing, and coordinating in-person and virtual training events, workshops, and development experiences * Supporting employer branding and community-building initiatives, including internal campaigns and networking events * Conducting research and contributing to people, culture, and engagement projects (e.g., onboarding, performance, learning) * Creating content and communications (e.g., presentations, videos, articles) to increase visibility and engagement * Supporting project management and administration (e.g., organizing tools, managing materials, coordinating stakeholders) Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow. ## Qualifications **What will you bring to the ride? 🚀** 1. Educational background in business, psychology, HR, or related fields; first experience in project or event coordination preferred 3.
