In our Global Talent Management & Learning department based in Bergheim, a key part of the global Center of Excellence People Development & Culture, an exciting internship of at least 6 months awaits you. You will gain diverse insights into day-to-day operations and take on varied tasks and talent development projects independently. You will actively contribute to engaging projects, have the opportunity to bring in your own ideas, and gain valuable practical experience.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Participation in the development of a global continuing education concept
* Support with current personnel development projects and their administrative implementation
* Independent execution of global projects
* Support of ongoing projects as well as participation in the day-to-day business of the Talent Management & People Development department
* Co-organization and further development of the internal internship network

**YOUR QUALIFICATION**
* Current or recently completed studies related to human resources (economics, law, sociology, psychology or similar)
* First professional experience is an advantage
* Experience in handling MS Office programs (especially PowerPoint)
* Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
* Strong comprehension skills with the ability to independently familiarize yourself with new tasks
