Anforderungen

•Enrollment in a relevant field of study
•Internship as a mandatory part of studies lasting ideally 6 months
•Strong organizational skills
•Strong communication skills
•Proactivity and willingness to learn
•Strong interest in recruitment and employer branding
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office
•Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
•Fluency in English
•Knowledge of German is a plus

•Schedule and organize interviews for hiring managers
•Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
•Manage calendars for hiring managers
•Serve as the point of contact for applicants
•Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
•Assist in the recruitment process for students in the EMEA region
•Build relationships with universities for Employer Branding projects
•Coordinate recruitment events and manage presence at career fairs
