Anforderungen
- •Completion of at least 6 semesters of undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Economics, or comparable study program with excellent grades
- •Strong interest in M&A, PE, strategy, or venture capital
- •First work experience through internships in top tier management consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Outstanding analytical skills with a solution-oriented working method
- •Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- •Solid understanding of finance and generally accepted accounting principles
- •International experience

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop corporate growth strategies focused on M&A activities
- •Screen deal flow and support post-merger integration
- •Collaborate on strategic projects with portfolio companies' management
- •Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- •Prepare financial models, including DCF and Comparables
- •Conduct quantitative and financial analyses
- •Facilitate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
