## About the team you are joining
The IATA Strategic
Partnerships Program (SPP) is a platform for a range of aviation solution
providers to build, as well as strengthen relationships with key industry
stakeholders. Through their participation in various working groups, over 500 Strategic
Partners gain unique insight into airlines’ priorities and have the opportunity
to be recognized for their cooperation with IATA in serving the air transport
industry.
## The Role and Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Strategic Partnerships, the incumbent will be responsible for logistical and administrative support, as well as supporting product management, marketing and revenue generating activities.
## What your day would be like
* Support the Coordinator, Strategic Partnerships with:
-
the distribution of invoices in a timely manner and responding to SP queries;

Supporting the onboarding/de-boarding process of SPs
- monitoring and
tracking payments;
- providing regular updates at
team meetings;
* Maintain and update databases (e.g., SP status reports, regional sales reports, etc.);
* Ensure timely and qualitative updates and maintenance of SP related webpages (using Sharepoint, EpiServer);
* Engage with SPs to deliver service offering (marketing promotions, brochure, certificates, awards, social media and other comms related releases, etc.);
* Responsible for the publication of the quarterly newsletter
* Support PMs in coordinating events, meetings, webinars (distributing invitations, facilitating registration, responding to SP enquiries) and with other ad hoc tasks;
Provide other support, as required.
