We are looking for a Work Student (all genders) to support our **Localization team.** * Get to know how software is tested at TeamViewer – not just in theory, but through hands-on setups * Work with different operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) to create and manage test environments and virtual machines simulating real-world TeamViewer usage scenarios * Support manual and exploratory testing, bug reproduction, and issue analysis * Write and improve test scripts or small helper tools using Python, Bash, or PowerShell * Explore how AI tools can support testing workflows and boost everyday efficiency * Understand how testing, scripting, and automation connect in real business contexts **Requirements** * Enrolled student (all genders) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field * Enjoys hands-on IT tasks: testing tools, configuring systems, experimenting with scripts * Basic knowledge of operating system internals (e.g. Windows Registry, macOS Plists) is a plus – everything else can be learned on the job * Curious, reliable, and motivated to learn and grow in a supportive team environment * Fluent in English; German is a plus **Bonus Points** * Experience with virtual machines, Docker, command line tools, or AI Tools like ChatGPT (in detail like CustomGPTs, Custom Instructions, Memory features and Prompt Engineering) * Has written small scripts to solve practical problems or automate repetitive tasks * Enjoys learning by doing and isn’t afraid to ask questions **What we offer** * Contract location would be **Göppingen****, Germany** * **Make an impact!** Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
