Intern, Retention(m/w/x)

In this role, you will engage with customers by creating and managing support tickets, ensuring data accuracy, and analyzing communication channels. You will also learn valuable retention and sales techniques while collaborating with a global team of Retention Managers.

Anforderungen

• •Enrolled student in business administration, linguistics, or related subject
• •Internship mandatory part of studies lasting at least 4 months, ideally 6 months
• •Fluency in English mandatory, further languages a plus
