# Intern Project Management (6-9 months)
## What are we looking for?
Join our team as a critical demand program management team member within Digital, Sales Systems & Omnichannel. You’ll play a supportive role in ensuring the successful delivery of software/system rollouts and changes as part of an IT modernisation program, focusing on front-end solutions and new direct sales strategies like Omnichannel.
Job Responsibilities:
* Timesheet vs Invoice discrepancy/deviations -> determine where the difference is and follow up with suppliers to adjust timesheets.
* Monthly calls with suppliers for timesheets & invoices.
* Timesheets reminder to Project Managers based on timesheets unapproved in Sharepoint.
* Purchase order requests to Controlling.
* Events organization of market meetings or of local visits for project events or project important milestones (Go Lives, cutover, etc.).
* Support for milestones updates in Jira and Confluence; update RAID logs (RAID: Risks-Actions-Issues-Decisions).
* Submission of onboarding/offboarding and change forms.

* Qualifications obtained or close to obtaining a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or other related fields.
* Enjoy supporting others with administrative tasks.
* First experience in Project Management.
* Confident in MS Office product range (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools, i.e. Jira and Confluence.
* Behavioural qualifications strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, but thoroughly.
* Team-player.
* Fluent in English.
