•Understanding and connection to the region

•Bachelor/Master student or completed Swiss banking apprenticeship
•Strong MS Office skills
•Previous experience in the financial industry
•Knowledge and interest in financial markets and asset allocation
•Fluency in English/German and preferably a local language

Deine Aufgaben

•Assist with servicing private banking clients
•Open banking relationships, including KYC and Legal & Compliance matters
•Respond to client requests
•Manage day-to-day client administration tasks
•Prepare documentation for client meetings
•Monitor task progress and ensure proper follow-up
•Update clients' portfolio overviews, including performance metrics
•Research specific companies, sectors, and macroeconomic topics
•Support Seniors in processing trading orders
•Update quarterly client presentations and reports
•Collaborate with various departments on activities
•Maintain prospects lists and write marketing letters
•Organize meetings and business trips with proper follow-up
