Anforderungen

•Enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Event Management, or related field
•Skill with digital tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and video editing software
•Experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms
•Familiarity with AI tools such as copilot
•Strong communication skills and flair for storytelling and visual design
•Organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
•Collaboration, curiosity, and passion for employee experience and internal culture
•Fluency in French and English
•Internship agreement from university required

•Coordinate onboarding and employee events
•Help plan and run activities like onboarding weeks, Town Halls, workshops, and trainings
•Support scheduling, logistics, and materials for events
•Manage event logistics for site visits and social events
•Organize room setup, attendee coordination, and follow-up actions
•Contribute ideas for new formats, tools, and approaches
•Collaborate cross-functionally to support capability-building and employee engagement
•Use and improve digital HR tools
•Update and maintain platforms like SharePoint and the intranet
•Create new templates, dashboards, and content formats
•Collect and analyze feedback and participation data
•Create and update monthly dashboards of people KPIs
