- •Organize and support training events for leaders, employees, and external trainers
- •Manage the L&D budget, including handling training requests and tracking costs
- •Maintain and update the internal performance and feedback tool
- •Assist in preparing and supporting Personnel Management Conferences and business projects
- •Design and edit engaging learning materials and videos
- •Oversee the recruitment process for interns and working students
- •Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Working Students and Interns
- •Define sourcing strategies to attract candidates in the automotive and consulting technology markets
- •Advertise recruitment vacancies to increase application rates
- •Conduct pre-selection and HR interviews, supporting hiring managers in shortlisting candidates
- •Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
