Anforderungen
- •Studies in business administration, innovation management, marketing, software engineering, or related field
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for 'Build-Measure-Learn'
- •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- •Strong interest in automotive R&D, especially in Open Innovation, Lean Startup, or Crowdsourcing
- •First experience with Open Innovation, Crowd Innovation, Lean Startup Methodology, or UI/UX Design is a plus
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Support the Lead of Crowd Innovation
- •Manage the BMW Crowd Innovation Platform
- •Identify and implement improvements for user experience
- •Assist BMW departments in conceptualizing structured calls for ideas
- •Engage with the BMW Crowd as a moderator and ideation manager
- •Set standards for ideation processes and crowd communication
- •Contribute to platform content development
- •Support communication work streams and early validation efforts
- •Assist in project piloting for Business Building
