- •Passionate commitment to people's mindsets and personal growth
- •Pursuing or recently completed a degree in cultural studies, sociology, psychology, education, or a relevant area
- •Fluent communication skills in English, basic knowledge of German
- •Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate)

- •Serve as a contact for learners regarding further education and maintain communication with stakeholders
- •Act as a learning coordinator in the learning management system and monitor requests to update learning history
- •Review and evaluate internal data sources, initiate optimization measures, and document training course success
- •Collaborate with team members on research projects in learning, culture, and diversity
- •Participate in meetings and contribute innovative ideas
- •Take ownership of small individual projects
