# Intern, Inside Sales (Polish speaker) (all genders) Berlin, BE, DE, 10369 Munich, BY, DE, 80639 Karlsruhe, BW, DE, 76227 Göppingen, BW, DE, 73033 Stuttgart, BW, DE, 70563 Bremen, HB, DE, 28217 **Responsibilities** * Assist our Polish-speaking parties and customers with exceptional support. * Collaborate with our back-office team to effectively deploy opportunities and leads to the sales team. * Create and manage comprehensive offers for clients. * Follow up on customer quotations and meticulously track our sales data in Excel worksheets. * Be responsible for assisting our customers and being readily available to answer any inquiries about our software. * Provide assistance in translating whitepapers and flyers to ensure clear communication. * Respond to written inquiries through our email system promptly and professionally. * Work in close cooperation with our customer care and enterprise teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction. * Support Team Managers by reviewing and checking Excel worksheets to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. **Requirements** * Enrolled student (all genders) in the field of Business Administration, BWL, VWL, Sales Operations or any other related subject * Fluency in **Polish**and English is mandatory, futher languages are a plus * You are looking for a intern position (40 hours/week) as a **mandatory part of your studies** * A communicative, marketing-oriented attitude * Enjoy interacting with people * Advanced Windows® skills or the desire to learn **What we offer** * Contract location would be **Goeppingen, Germany** * **Make an impact!** Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
