* Make Phone calls with our customers and assist them with their current requests.
* Help to develop client relationships and retain existing customers.

**Requirements**
* Enrolled student (all genders) in the fields of business administration, linguistics or any other related subject
* If you will do an internship, the internship then has to be a mandatory part of your studies and lasts ideally 6 months (40 hours/week).
* Fluency in French is mandatory, advanced English skills and further languages are a plus.
