Intern in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Department(m/w/x)

In this role, you will actively contribute to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team by supporting various campaigns and projects, conducting research, and creating materials that promote awareness and engagement within the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Current studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or related field
• •Fluency in English language, written and spoken
• •Knowledge of German language desirable
• •Initial experience in HR environment or DE&I projects advantageous, ideally in international company
• •Passion for DE&I topics, ideally demonstrated through academic or volunteer experience
• •Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and multinational team
• •Talent for engaging and visual preparation of facts and ability to familiarize oneself independently with new subject areas
• •High motivation and initiative, enthusiasm for DE&I and project work
• •Strong communication skills and result-oriented way of working
