Anforderungen
- •Current studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or related field
- •Fluency in English language, written and spoken
- •Knowledge of German language desirable
- •Initial experience in HR environment or DE&I projects advantageous, ideally in international company
- •Passion for DE&I topics, ideally demonstrated through academic or volunteer experience
- •Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and multinational team
- •Talent for engaging and visual preparation of facts and ability to familiarize oneself independently with new subject areas
- •High motivation and initiative, enthusiasm for DE&I and project work
- •Strong communication skills and result-oriented way of working

- •Monitor campaign progress regarding time, cost, and quality
