  • •Learn about Climeworks' structure across all business units
  • •Participate in discussions on end-to-end value streams
  • •Collaborate with colleagues across all departments
  • •Translate departmental workflows into process flows
  • •Create new procedural documents based on findings
  • •Communicate results and observations clearly to peers
  • •Present findings in business reviews
  • •Collaborate on projects for process optimization
  • •Contribute to strategic initiatives for scaling DAC technology
